shipping guidelines
The delivery time is between 3-4 working days to Switzerland and Lichtenstein. The delivery time to Europe is 5-7 working days. For international shipping, the delivery time can take up to 12 working days.
Gator Gym Wear delivers your ordered items directly to your home by post, provided your address in Switzerland/Liechtenstein is served by the post office. We reserve the right to have the delivery made by other shipping partners. In these cases, your mobile number will be given to these partners so that they can contact you if necessary when the delivery is made. For delivery, we charge you a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 for postage and packaging for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For Europe or internationally, we charge you a shipping fee of CHF 10.00 up to CHF 35.00 for postage and packaging depending on the weight of the package. The weight and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Shipping is free for orders over 100 CHF.
Special notes:
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply which are not included in the total price displayed.
If, for logistical reasons, a delivery is made in several shipments, we will only charge the shipping costs once.
return policy
All items delivered by Swiss Post, by freight forwarder or otherwise can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging, provided the items have not been used or worn before. Items that have been ordered or made according to special customer requests are excluded from the right of return.
