Product offer and conclusion of contract
All information on products in our catalogs or on our website is subject to change. The offer to conclude a purchase contract is made by the customer.
After sending an online order, the customer receives an automated e-mail to the e-mail address provided, with which we confirm receipt of the order (order confirmation). The order confirmation merely serves as information that we have received the order.
A contract is only validly concluded when we declare acceptance of the contract. We declare acceptance of the contract by issuing an invoice to the customer, confirming by e-mail that the goods have left our warehouse (dispatch confirmation / Track&Trace) or by delivering the goods at the latest.
The contract is only concluded for those items that are expressly listed in our invoice or shipping confirmation. This also conclusively determines the scope of services.
Availability of articles
We source our goods from all over the world. Our purchasers endeavor to have the entire range available for the customer at the right time and in the right quantity. Nevertheless, there are certain items that are temporarily unavailable or no longer available at all due to very high demand, technical defects or other reasons. Especially with special items such as trainers or shoes.
We make every effort to inform you openly, honestly and promptly about any delivery date delays or delivery failures.
Claims for damages for late or impossible deliveries cannot be asserted. Gator Gym Wear may withdraw from the purchase contract at any time and without giving reasons.
Delivery
Gator Gym Wear will deliver your ordered items directly to your home by post, provided your address in Switzerland/Liechtenstein is served by the post office. We reserve the right to have the delivery made by other shipping partners. In these cases, your mobile number will be given to these partners so that they can contact you if necessary when the delivery is made. We charge you 9 CHF for the delivery. If, for logistical reasons, a delivery is made in several shipments, we will only charge the shipping costs once.
Prices and VAT
All prices include the current rate of VAT. The prices in our store are updated daily. Misprints and errors excepted.
Warranty conditions
The warranty period is 5 years on a printed product and begins on the day the invoice is issued to the end customer. The invoice is valid as a warranty certificate.
Gator Gym Wear will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts or replace the item.
The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from improper handling or failure to observe the instructions for use.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Gator Gym Wear until full payment has been received.
Printing and data errors
We accept no liability for any printing errors in our advertising material or data errors in our online store due to slight negligence. We are not liable for inadvertently incorrect pricing or product descriptions.
Copyright
We would like to point out that all illustrations and photos are produced at great expense and are subject exclusively to our copyright or that of our partner companies. We therefore ask for your understanding that any misuse may be prosecuted.

The place of performance is the registered office of Gator Gym Wear. The location is Wetzikon-
Wetzikon is expressly agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
